Review current by-laws to ensure compliance with non-profit standards and current operations.
Propose updates and changes as necessary.
Lead and facilitate the process to recommend necessary changes.

HIRING OF CAREER FIRE AND EMS PERSONNEL

Develop policies and procedures to include an employee handbook.
Develop a hiring process and lead the process if necessary.
Develop and administer assessment processes for hiring Fire and EMS leadership positions.
Conduct interview processes.

NON-PROFIT MANAGEMENT

Assist with development of annual budgets.
Board of Directors training programs.
