grant writing

RYNO Public Safety Solutions specializes in grant programs that provide funding for emergency service operations for Fire, EMS and Police. Over the last couple of decades, millions of dollars have successfully been brought in to local communities to fund much needed emergency equipment as well as volunteer recruitment and retention efforts. These awards were made possible through partnering with the local emergency services organizations, local municipalities and RYNO Public Safety Solutions. At RYNO Public Safety Solutions we author programs at the state level such as the Office of the PA State Fire Commissioner grant program and the Statewide Local Share (LSA) grant program through the Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED). Also, many successful applications have been authored by RYNO Public Safety Solutions under the Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG) federal program as well as the Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER) grant program – hiring of firefighters and volunteer recruitment and retention activities. In addition, we work with many local community or focused programs such as Norfolk Southern Corporation, T-Mobile Hometown Grant, State Farm Insurance Safety Grant and many others! Contact us today to discuss how we can partner with your organization to bring 40+ years of Fire and EMS experience to the table to work for you and assist you in securing funds for your community.

I would like to take a moment to say 'Thank You' to Scott Ryno and RYNO Public Safety Solutions, for securing the Federal Grant allowing us to replace our 40+ year old hose and all of the nozzles. After being told multiple years that we were not a large enough department and we would need to combine our grant with multiple other departments, by our last grant writer, Scott stepped in and helped us with the grant.

He was a pleasure to work with and he continually kept us updated on the progress. So, Thank You again Scott, for all you did and I am looking forward to working with you again in the future.

We are a small rural department in Potter County and 100% volunteer. Scott has always been complete with his grant writing to make the process easy for us from start to finish. He is passionate and honest with us. We would recommend Ryno Services to anyone who is looking.

Scott was great to work with. He went above and beyond to help us obtain the federal AFG grant. He quickly replied to all our questions. We will definitely use his services again.
